Rejuvenation Time At The Four Fountains Spa

If spa treatments and sheer pampering along with rejuvenation is your weakness, then this post is meant for you.
The Four Fountains Spa is one of the largest chains of affordable day spas and I had the pleasure of experiencing one of the most relaxing spa therapies over the weekend at the Bandra outlet. What better way to unwind, right?

The approach was very practical; as the in-house doctor made me take the stress test by filling in a couple of honest responses via a brief questionnaire to understand my lifestyle and accordingly recommend the therapy preferred.
I went in for the Radiating Aromatherapy massage. The treatment targeted my stress points and the essential oils used (Jojoba, wheatgerm, almond and extra virgin olive oil simultaneously nourished my skin.

It was an hour long session of pure bliss and relaxation with my therapist for the day – Archana, who has been working with the four fountains spa for about 1.5 years and claimed that she loved every bit of her job that involves a scientific (in her technique) as well as a friendly approach towards her clients.
Spa therapies always seemed like an expensive affair. But thanks to Four Fountains Spa, most wellness therapies offered are in the range of Rs. 599 to 1599.
Being unisex by nature the staff makes it a point to offer therapists of the same gender, making it a lot more comfortable for its patrons.
The Four Fountains Spa is conveniently located in 17 different locations, across 8 Indian cities.
The spa therapies fall under various categories based on your requirement. They are: de-stressing, detoxification, immunity-building and beauty for men and women alike. These therapies include over 20 body massages, body polishes, body wraps and facials.
I know I’m definitely going back very soon to try out the other wellness therapies they have in the offering. What about you?
